Architect in an Agile Portfolio Team with concerns

I am an [technical] architect working in a new Agile Program team.   I have serious concerns about the expectations of Iterative and Incremental Design and Implementation.

I believe that I must plan on a broader spectrum to ensure platform extensibility and scalability.

  • How do I influence the evolving design?
